DSA Engineering on Fletcher Priest's team for the planned 146m-tall London skyscraper

DSA Engineering is working in close collaboration with Fletcher Priest Architects to develop a sustainable M+E design for this commercial 32-storey tower in the City.

Currently pending planning, the project for Hong Kong-based developer Tenacity will feature a 6-storey podium offering a mix of retail and space for start-up and tech businesses set below winter garden-style terraces.

The two towers will house 25 floors of workspace aimed at traditional mid-size City companies. According to Tenacity, it is committed to developing a world-class and sustainable addition to the Eastern City Cluster, which reflects the changing nature of the City.
