Newly Completed: Kings Cross Bridge

One more of DSA Engineering’s London projects comes to completion. Handover of UK Real Estate’s 18,000 sqft mixed use building which completes the urban block shared with The Lighthouse in front of King’s Cross station.

The building which shared the design challenges of being located over 2 underground tunnels now offers a combination of office and retail space.

DSA’s M&E design included assistance in the diversion of below ground services and the design of renewable systems including air source heat pump and PV panels.
