dsa ENGINEERING provided the complete Mechanical and Electrical design for this mixed-use 70-storey building. There is a 3-level basement and a 5-storey retail podium with shopping, restaurants, food court, health club and conference centre at the base with 65 floors of office floors above. There is an observation deck and restaurant at the 56th floor with a helicopter landing pad. Construction started in 2006 and the shell and core was completed in October 2010. The building is the new icon for Vietnam.
